Processing Times
Pre-order Items: Pre-orders often take approx. 3-4 weeks to process on top of shipping times, but it could vary depending on the volume of orders we receive.
Limited Stock Items: Items that are ready to send will be posted within 3 business days of your order.
If your order contains both pre-order and limited stock items, they will all be sent out together when the pre-order items have been made.
Tracking Updates
When your order has been placed, you should receive tracking updates and your tracking ID via the email address associated with your order.
If you haven’t received any emails, please check your spam folder, or email hello@kailiepeters.com and we’ll send through your tracking ID.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will not be accepted on change of mind or if you have broken your item.
